About Us

solution-oriented

Answers, not Battles

Solution-oriented attorneys prioritize finding mutually beneficial resolutions that save time and money, preserve relationships, and prioritize their clients’ long-term interests. By seeking to understand all parties’ underlying concerns, they develop more effective strategies to de-escalate tense situations and prevent small disagreements from escalating. Solution-oriented attorneys are better communicators and work tirelessly to find solutions that work for everyone.

01

Compassionate

Our staff have experience with the mentally ill, people strugging with substance use, and domestic violence. We know what it means to experience trauma.

02

Practical

In many court battles no one wins but the lawyers, who get to bill for hours and hours of services. We stay solution-oriented, to save you time and money.

03

Knowledgable

Our founding partner has experience, our staff has worked over a thousand cases.

“Justice demands integrity. It's to have a moral universe - not only know what is right or wrong but to put things in perspective . . .

– Bell Hooks

Remembering the Past

Justice Unlocked

Questions And Answers

Ethics rules require attorneys to say “past results don’t guarantee future results” for a reason. Every attorney has won cases they thought they would lose, and lost cases they thought they would win. Your case is unique to you.

In most court cases it’s hard to define winning or losing. The law provides for a wide range of outcomes.  What we can promise is that we will zealously advocate for you throughout the process, and make sure all our decisions are driving towards your goals.

Each case is different, and through the consultation process our attorney  will explain the court processes and timelines that apply to your type of case based on their knowledge and experience, so that you always know what’s coming next.

We are committed to pro-bono services, particularly for victims of domestic violence, and strive to maintain a certain number of slots available for pro-bono cases as chosen by the attorney.

To reduce overhead and save you money, our office is fully virtual. We meet clients in private co-working spaces, or through virtual video conference.

An important part of the process to us is educating you about your rights and about the legal process. We want to make sure that win or lose, you understand what went into each strategy decision and understand the way the system works.

We’re solution oriented, and most problems are best resolved through collaboration and creative solutions that have buy-in from all sides. We highly prize the mediation process and alternative dispute resolution to end our conflict.

Our goal is to make your court case civil, reasonable, and survivable. Contact us today for a consultation or you can schedule one here.
